During an exploration of Airbnb’s iconic design language and user experience principles, I embarked on a personal project to create VistaGo, a travel app aimed at helping users effortlessly discover, explore, and book destinations worldwide. This project was heavily inspired by Airbnb’s clean aesthetics, user-centric interfaces, and smooth navigation, while also incorporating fresh ideas tailored for modern mobile travel experiences.

- Discovering Destinations: Scrollable cards allow browsing of popular places sorted by Most Viewed, Nearby, or Latest. Quick access to favorites via heart icons.
- Exploring Details: Tap a destination to see a full bleed image with overlaid name, price, and location info.
- Decision-Making: Users view concise trip details with icons indicating trip duration, temperature, and rating.
- Booking: Bold “Book Now” CTA is persistently available, streamlining conversion.

Final Product Reference
The final design is implemented in Figma, closely following this structured and research-backed approach. It balances aesthetic appeal with functionality through a soft, rounded card style, consistent iconography, and a friendly, welcoming tone consistent with Airbnb’s design philosophy.
